From material selection and forming to final application, we tailor PE lining to the job.
S&S PE-lining Co., Ltd. brings more than 20 years of industrial lining experience to applications involving acids, alkalis, water, wastewater and oil. High-temperature fusion and rotational lining bond the PE layer to the vessel, creating seamless protection.
Beyond Taiwan, we serve customers in mainland China, Malaysia, Singapore and Japan with PE-lining development, equipment sales, after-sales support and custom solutions.

PE-LINING
Durable, clean and mindful of weight
Keep the strength of steel while protecting surfaces in contact with process liquids.
Long service life
A high-temperature rotational process forms the lining in one piece and bonds the PE base layer firmly to the steel.
Base layer thickness: approx. 2.5 mm or more
Clean, seamless surface
The high-purity PE surface has no seams and offers cleanliness and insulation for corrosion-resistant storage applications.
Surface layer thickness: approx. 2.5 mm or more
Weight-efficient
Lining thickness starts at 5 mm and can be customized. For a 22 m³ steel transport tank, the added weight is approximately 400 kg.
